Mountain Adventure Seminars (MAS) - Rock Climbing, Telemark Skiing, Avalanche Education, and Mountaineering

is a year-round outdoor adventure school and guide service specializing in rock climbing, mountaineering, telemark skiing, avalanche education, backcountry skiing and snowshoeing.

MAS is based in Bear Valley, California at 7,000 feet in the Central Sierra Nevada and offers programs in our own backyard plus Lovers Leap, Phantom Spires, Sugarloaf, Calaveras Dome, Consumnes, Mt. Lassen, Sawtooth Range (Eastern High Sierra), Pinnacles National Monument and throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

MAS takes pride in providing exceptional instruction and finely crafted adventures designed to optimize learning, self-enrichment and fun.
