MAS is committed to providing the highest level of customer service. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any product you have purchased from MAS, simply request a return authorization within 14 days of receiving the product and we will issue you a full credit towards a replacement product. At your convenience send the product back to MAS. No hassles, just good customer service.

MAS Alumni receive a 10% discount on all MAS store items (not including gift certificates). Simply enter "alumni" as the promotional code on the online form. This discount cannot be applied to other discounts or promotions.
In addition a special 15% discount will be granted to those who purchase gear either during an MAS course or two weeks after their course completion (not including gift certificates). Simply enter "post" as the promotional code on the online form. This discount cannot be applied to other discounts or promotions.

For those lucky enough to be in Bear Valley just swing by the MAS office in the BaseCamp Lodge. Otherwise choose between online, email, telephone or fax - whichever is most convenient for you. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Free shipping for domestic orders $100 or more.

Domestic Orders receive free UPS ground shipping for all orders over $100. Orders
less than $100 will be charged based on UPS calculator provided on the
online
order form . If
you only have a P.O. Box we will use the US Postal Service for a
small additional charge of $5.
International Orders require a little more paperwork but are easily accommodated with a little advanced preparation. MAS requires proof of credit card ownership for all new orders. Shipping is most often via UPS. Shipping charges are determined by the overall weight of the package and insurance costs. MAS will happily send you a estimate. Customs duties and/or import taxes are NOT included in your purchase price and are your responsibility upon receipt of your order.
